Terms of Service

Effective date: 18 October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LiteCRM (the "Service"), provided by Akshaykumar G Vyas (trading as BizXpeditor) ("we", "us"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and "you" includes the business.

1. The Service

LiteCRM is an online tool for managing customer contacts, companies, WhatsApp conversations, follow-ups, message templates and appointments. Optional integrations let you create Google Calendar events with Google Meet links, or Zoom meetings. We may improve, change or add features over time; if we remove a major feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible.

2. Accounts and organizations

• Each business uses LiteCRM through an organization. The organization's owner and admins manage who has access and what role they have, and are responsible for their Users' activity.
• You must give accurate information, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly at support@bizxpeditor.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Plans, fees and trials

Access is provided under the plan agreed for your organization, which may include a free trial and a limit on the number of users. Fees, billing periods and payment terms are as stated in your order, invoice or plan details. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable in advance, exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), and non-refundable for a period already started. If payment is overdue, we may limit access to the Service after giving you notice.

4. Your data

• You own your data. Everything you and your Users put into LiteCRM ("Customer Data") remains yours. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide and support the Service.
• You are responsible for Customer Data and for having the right to collect and use it, including any consent required from your customers to contact them and store their information.
• You can export your contacts and conversations at any time. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, or bulk or unsolicited messages, or contact people who have not agreed to hear from you where consent is required by law.
• Break any law, including data protection, consumer protection and telecom marketing rules, or the terms of WhatsApp, Google, Zoom or other services you use with LiteCRM.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory or infringing content, or malware.
• Try to access other organizations' data, probe or break our security, or disrupt the Service.
• Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, except as allowed by law.

We may suspend access that violates this section, ideally after telling you, or immediately where needed to prevent harm.

6. Third-party services

LiteCRM works alongside WhatsApp, Google and Zoom but is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by them. LiteCRM does not use the official WhatsApp Business API: it opens WhatsApp for you to send messages yourself. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or for actions they take on your accounts, such as limiting a WhatsApp number.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep LiteCRM available at all times, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. Support is available by email at support@bizxpeditor.com and on WhatsApp at +918866065365.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your internal business purposes while your access is active. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

9. Ending your use

• You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your organization.
• We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms and don't fix the breach after notice, if fees remain unpaid, or if required by law.
• After closure, you have 30 days to request an export of your data, after which we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that messages, meetings or reminders will always be delivered.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs arising from third-party claims caused by your Customer Data, or by your or your Users' breach of these Terms or of law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute informally; if that fails, the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify organization owners by email or in the Service at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Contact
