How LiteCRM uses your Google and Zoom accounts
Connecting Google or Zoom is optional. Each team member connects their own account from Integrations inside LiteCRM, and can disconnect at any time.
Google Calendar & Google Meet
- ✓When you book an appointment in LiteCRM, we create an event on your Google Calendar, with a Google Meet link if you chose one.
- ✓If you reschedule or cancel it in LiteCRM, we update or delete that same event.
- ✓We read your Google account's email address to show which account is connected.
- ✕We don't read, list or change any other events in your calendar, and we never access Gmail, Drive or Contacts.
Zoom
- ✓When you book an appointment with Zoom, we create a Zoom meeting in your account and save its join link on the appointment.
- ✓Rescheduling or cancelling in LiteCRM updates or deletes that meeting.
- ✕We don't access recordings, chats or your other meetings.
